ANTIMICROBIAL COATING

Royal global proudly introduce its “Nano-Tech Active Antimicrobial Coating Solution Brand” for the very first time to the trade. 

Our advanced German technology transparent nano-layer coating solution provides active and continuous protection against all bacteria, fungi and viruses including SARS-CoV-2. 

With its unique revolutionary technology, this magician-like layer coating destroys all pathogens cells immediately and continuously as soon as they contact the nano-spikes of the coating. 

As the surface cleans itself, just soap and water would be enough to maintain routine cleaning on the applied surfaces. No chemical-based cleaner or sealer is needed anymore. 

Most importantly, our coating solution has been tested and certified for “food and skin contact” along with durability tests which confirm it could last for about 3 years (surface solution tested 40,000 wiping cycles under 500 gr weight press sponge rubbing)

Our coating solutions come in two kinds based on the application surfaces. 

       1. Antimicrobial Armor Surface Solution: Good for all kinds of solid surfaces such as wood, ceramic, glass, marble, granite, quartz, metal, etc. Common application areas are table tops, countertops, door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, etc. 

       

       2. Antimicrobial Armor Textile Solution: Good for all kinds of textile surfaces. Common application areas are dresses, table clothes, blankets, hospital and household bedsheets, non-woven fabrics, etc. 

How Does the Antimicrobial Armor work?

The basic ingredient of our nanotechnological shield is Silsesquioxane (Si-Quat) and the stable part of the coating is also known as the Silane Base. It bonds together and

forms the long-term stability of the coating. Additionally, the silane base acts as an antimicrobial anchor.


In the center of the second part of a molecule, the positively charged nitrogen molecule is located. It plays an important role in the antimicrobial process. The negatively

charged cell membranes of microbes will be attracted by the positively charged nitrogen molecules. The microbe is drowned down to deeper into the active section of

the antimicrobial structure where it gets activated.


The third part is the long molecular chain section. While the microbe is drowned down to the arrow, positive and negative charges react on the cell membrane. The polarity of negative and positive charges leads to the blown and the microbe is immediately killed.

 

These three segments of the structure form the unique and effective mechanism of our magic antimicrobial shield. Countless of these fighting spikes on the coated surface react as soon as the pathogens are contacted.
